- Submit the original bid, cover letter, and supporting documents in a sealed envelope endorsed with: "original bid: wte1025ce: supply and delivery of local content plumbing and sanitary fittings to the mzimvubu water project - access road near maclear in the eastern cape province" and the bidder's name. - Deposit the envelope in the bid box at the entrance of the mthatha dam office building, department of water and sanitation, mthatha dam, 5100, by 11:00 on 24 july 2026. - Use only the official forms provided; do not re-type or alter them. - Late bids, telegraphic bids, or bids submitted via fax/email will not be accepted. - Bids must be signed on the invitation to bid form (sbd 1) with all blanks filled in. For companies, include a certified copy of the board resolution authorizing the signatory. For joint ventures, include the original or notarially certified joint venture agreement and authorization certificates. - Do not separate or detach any pages from the bid documents. - Failure to comply with submission requirements may render the bid invalid.
