Sewerage Tenders

Submit online only via https://tenderportal.elidz.co.za. Only PDF files accepted, max 30 MB per file. Two-envelope system: Envelope A (Technical Proposal) and Envelope B (Financial Proposal). Do not include price details in Envelope A. Envelope B must include a signed Form of Offer; unsigned submissions will be disqualified. Late submissions (after 12h00 on 03 July 2026) will not be accepted. Physical, email, fax, or telephonic submissions are invalid. Ensure all returnable documents (e.g., SBD forms, Procurement Handbook, certificates) are completed and attached to the correct envelope. Failure to comply with submission rules may result in disqualification.

Submit tender documents in a sealed envelope endorsed with: tender number (SCM/2026/63/ENG), description (Construction of the Ebenezer Outfall Sewer), and closing date (26 June 2026). Deposit in the Tender Box at Supply Chain Management Unit, Bitou Municipality, Shop 59, 2nd Floor, Melville’s Corner, C/o Main & Marine Drive, Plettenberg Bay. Only use official tender documentation issued by the Municipality. Late submissions will not be accepted. Tenders open publicly at 12H00 on 26 June 2026. Register on the Municipality’s Accredited Supplier Database (CSD) if not already registered (forms at https://secure.csd.gov.za). Tender documents must be reserved with proof of payment no less than 24 hours before the clarification meeting via [email protected].
