Submit via TRANSNET e-tender submission portal (transnetetenders.azurewebsites.net) Using google chrome. Steps: 1) register or sign in under your company’s own profile (submissions via another company’s profile will be disqualified). 2) log intent to bid by toggling the 'log an intent' button. 3) upload bid documents (max 30mb per upload, multiple uploads allowed). 4) submit at least 24 hours before closing to avoid technical issues (TRANSNET not liable for bidder-side delays). 5) NO late submissions accepted. Joint ventures may submit via one party’s registered profile. Required documents: sbd1 form (part a and b) and all mandatory bid response documents. Submit bids in sealed envelopes: one original (marked 'envelope 1 original') and one duplicate (marked 'envelope 2 duplicate'). If submitting in one envelope, clearly state IT contains both. The duplicate must be a true reflection of the original, with certified supporting documents. Late submissions are not accepted. Deposit bids in the bid box at sol plaatje municipality, SCM unit – municipal stores complex, abattoir road, ashburnham, kimberley, 8301. NO fax or email submissions allowed. All pages must be signed and witnessed where required. Proof of payment (r500 non-refundable) must be included if documents were purchased from the municipality. Bids must be completed on official tender documents; NO correction fluid or tape allowed. Bids will be opened in public at the SCM offices, stores complex, abattoir road, kimberley, immediately after closing time and date.
