• Submit the original bid, covering letter, and supporting documents sealed in an envelope clearly endorsed with the tender title: 'appointment of a service provider to conduct occupational hygiene surveys for the department of water and sanitation: eastern operations.' • Deliver the sealed bid to: the supply chain management office, department of water and sanitation, r103 prospect road, howick, or deposit IT in the bid box at the entrance of the midmar dam site. • The deadline is 11:00 on 18 june 2026.
