Submit bids in a sealed envelope with your name and address clearly written on it. Deposit the envelope in the tender box at the reception: Civic Centre, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni by no later than 12H00 on Friday, 3rd July 2026. Closing time is determined by the Municipal watch at the reception. Late submissions, emails, or faxes will not be accepted. Bids must remain valid for 120 days from the closing date. Attendance at the compulsory clarification meeting on 17th June 2026 at 10h00 at the Municipal Council Chamber, 2 Kingfisher Road, Mandeni, is mandatory. Bring the bid document to the meeting; failure to attend or present the document will disqualify your bid. The doors close at 10h00, with no late entry permitted. Bid documents are available for collection from 3rd to 15th June 2026 (Monday to Friday, 08h00–15h30) at the Mandeni Municipality’s Civic Centre Cashiers Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R600.00 (inclusive of VAT). Payment methods: Debit card, cash, or EFT (reference: Bid No 25/25/26 and Bidder’s Name). EFT payers may request municipal bank details from the SCM manager.
