Late submissions will be disqualified. • Required format: All documents must be in PDF format. Non-compliance will result in disqualification. • Mandatory returnable documents: - Recent Central Supplier Database (CSD) report or CSD unique number. - Completed, signed SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms. - Original or certified B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (SANAS logo must be visible). • Bid validity period: 90 days from the RFQ closing date. • Failure to meet any submission requirement (format, documents, deadline) will lead to disqualification.

If multiple submissions are sent, the first received will be evaluated unless withdrawn in writing. • Quotation must be valid for 90 days from submission date. • Quotation must be signed on the company’s official letterhead. • Include all logistics costs and VAT (if VAT-registered). Omissions may lead to disqualification. • Attach all required returnable documents (e.g., SBD forms, Terms of Reference, General Conditions of Contract). Missing documents require written justification. • Do not render any service without an official NAMC purchase order. NAMC will not be liable for costs incurred without a PO. • Ensure all pages are numbered and no duplicates/missing pages exist. NAMC accepts no liability for errors arising from missing/duplicated pages.
