• Bid fee: r976.21 (Refundable) payable with bid submission. • Mandatory returnables (must be submitted with the bid): - proof of purchase of tender document. - Valid SARS tax pin certificate (original, not older than 3 months at closing). - Company/cc/trust/partnership registration certificate and certified ID copies of all directors/owners/shareholders. - Csd registration proof. - Fully completed mbd forms 1, 4, 6.1, 8 & 9. - Municipal rates statement (≤3 months old) for the business and all directors. - Lease agreement or proof of residence for directors in rural areas. - Proof of signing authority. - Coida (workmen’s compensation) registration certificate. - Valid CIDB registration certificate. - Iso 9001 certification (if applicable) and sarpa registration (if applicable). • Bids must be delivered in sealed envelope, clearly marked with the bid number and description, to the bid box at edumbe municipality, 10 hoog street, paulpietersburg, 3180, on or before 03 march 2026, 12:00 hrs. • Late bids will be rejected; ensure correct address and timing. • Bids may be collected from the municipal office with prior notice or downloaded from www.etenders.gov.za And www.edumbe.gov.za From 05 february 2026. • All documents must be in english and properly indexed.
