Returnable forms and documents (all compulsory unless noted): - tax compliance status pin (printed copy) - municipal service accounts for directors or company, not older than three months and not in arrears by more than three months, or a valid lease agreement, or a stamped letter from a tribal authority if in an un-proclaimed area - valid central supplier database (csd) summary report - valid police clearance certificate for company directors (issued within the last six months) - certified psira company registration (section 21) - certified psira registration for company directors - valid psira letter of good standing - valid psira inspection report (not older than 12 months) - public liability insurance (minimum r15 million) - valid coida certificate or letter of good standing - certified icasa approved certificate for two-way radios - audited annual financial statements for the past three years (for bids above r10 million, where required by law) NO briefing or clarification meeting will be held.
