May be requested to extend validity. - Clarification questions must be submitted in writing by 2026/08/07 to the specified contact. - NO canvassing of SAPO staff before award; direct enquiries in writing to specified person.

You may be asked to extend validity. - Bidders must not canvass SAPO staff before award. All enquiries in writing to specified contact. - Proposals received after deadline, incomplete, or non-compliant will be rejected. Minor non-compliance may be corrected at sapo's discretion. - All costs of preparing the bid are borne by the bidder.

The form must be signed by an authorized signatory, with name, title, contact details, and email address provided. The bidder's company letterhead must be used. Returnable documents: the bidder must complete and sign annexure bc, including the statement confirming that goods/services will be supplied in accordance with the scope of work. Returnable documents: the completed pricing schedule with all four cpk ranges priced for each route, signed by a delegated signatory whose name, designation and authority to bind the bidder are stated, together with the bidding company name. All prices must be VAT inclusive.

Bidders must submit a signed letter on their company letterhead confirming they will supply and deliver original equipment manufacturer (oem) cartridges or equivalent products that meet functionality, quality, and quantity requirements, with delivery within five (5) working days of receiving a purchase order from SAPO. the letter must include the bidder's name, signature, signatory details, and contact information. The signed letter is the returnable document for this tender.
