Must be registered with Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) and/or South African Nursing Council (SANC); comply with Professions Act, OHSA, and COIDA; provide evidence of liability insurance and letter of good standing with Department of Employment and Labour (DoEL); demonstrate previous experience supporting similar public or corporate wellness events; provide team of at least two paramedics per event equipped for minor injuries and emergency response.

• Event location: Three Anchors Bay, Sea Point, Cape Town.
• Event date: 14 November 2026.
• Event time: 08:30 to 12:30.
• Service provider responsibilities:

• Deploy certified paramedics to each venue.
• Provide on-site emergency medical support for the event duration.
• Be ready to respond to medical emergencies.
• Be equipped with medical equipment and first aid supplies.
• Coordinate with local emergency services if needed.

• Deliverables:

• Emergency response readiness from 08:00 to 12:30 (including set-up and pack-up).
• Clear identification and accessibility of paramedic personnel.
• Completion of a brief incident report if medical attention is given.
• Onsite briefing to the event coordinator before the event starts.
• Meet with SAMRC prior to the event to discuss planning and requirements.

• Service provider must deploy certified paramedics.
• Must provide on-site emergency medical support.
• Must be equipped with medical equipment and first aid supplies.
• Must coordinate with local emergency services if needed.
• Must ensure emergency response readiness from 08:00 to 12:30.
• Paramedic personnel must be clearly identifiable and accessible.
• Must complete a brief incident report if medical attention is given.
