• Cydna Lab: Dishwashing liquid (60 units), towel paper (75 units), cotton wool rolls (100 units), batteries (AA 240 units, AAA 150 units).
• Southdale Depot: Toilet paper (5,000 loose rolls), green sunlight soap (300 units), insecticide spray (279 units).

• Full specifications, including material numbers, descriptions, brand names (where required), units of measure, and quantities, are detailed in the attached RFQ/BOQ.
• Quotations without required brand names will not be accepted.

• The document does not specify minimum experience or key personnel qualifications for bidders.

• Pricing must be formatted as per the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) in the attached RFQ.

• Mandatory for all bidders:

4. Submit a municipal rates and taxes account statement not older than 90 days in arrears.

• Additional conditions:

• No bids from persons in the service of the state.
• No bids from suppliers blacklisted by National Treasury or any national authority for non-performance.
• A joint venture agreement, properly signed, must be submitted if applicable.
• The tender is subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000 and Regulations, General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any special conditions.
