Scope of Work – provision of an outsourced Interim Chief Financial Officer for a period of four (4) months, including:

• Executive financial oversight, strategic direction and leadership
• Full CFO functions (financial reporting, budgeting, cash‑flow management, audit liaison, risk mitigation, procurement finance oversight, etc.)
• Compliance with PFMA, Treasury Regulations and other relevant legislation
• Maintenance of unqualified audit reports and timely financial statements
• Assistance with funding, acquisition due diligence and financial planning
• Confidentiality and independence of the placed candidate
• Delivery of all services as per the attached Job Description and any additional tasks required by the CEO or Board.
• Must adhere to OHSA regulations and include any related compliance costs.

• All prices must be quoted in South African Rand (ZAR); foreign‑currency equivalents must be indicated.
• Provide a detailed pricing schedule showing monthly rate, total for the 4‑month engagement and VAT (15 %).
• Payment terms: invoices approved by the client division will be paid on the last day of the calendar month following receipt of a correct, original invoice.
• No performance bond or guarantee is mentioned; however, compliance with Broadband Infraco standard conditions of purchase applies.
