Scope: Supply and delivery of full catering services for 100 officials attending a workshop on 17 February 2026 at Kagiso, Gauteng.

Deliverables include:

1. Mid‑morning tea & coffee (sachets of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, scones, sandwiches).

2. Bottled still water (500 ml) – 100 persons (twice).

3. Warm lunch per person – two starches, two meats, two vegetables, salad and one soft drink.

Required standards:

• Valid Food Premises Certificate issued by the municipality.
• Bottled water must comply with SANBWA standards.
• Cutlery, crockery and serviettes sufficient for 100 delegates.
• Clean, sanitized serving stations.
• Staff equipped with uniform, disposable gloves, hair nets, closed shoes and aprons.
• Dedicated waste bins and removal of waste after service.
• Food handling tools (tongs, braai‑tongs) to be provided.
• Transport vehicle must have a canopy (no open‑back vans).
• All items must meet relevant South African food safety, hygiene and packaging legislation.

• Price must be quoted per item, inclusive of VAT (15%) and all taxes, delivery costs and any other applicable levies.
• Provide total amount (excl. VAT), VAT amount and grand total (incl. VAT).
• Quotation must be firm for 90 days from the closing date; any extension will be communicated in writing.
• Include full banking details for payment.
• No separate performance bond or guarantee is mentioned; however, compliance with tax status and CSD registration is mandatory.
• All costs must be presented in South African Rand.

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration – provide CSD (MAAA) number.
