Expertise of Key Personnel (40 points) - Qualifications and experience of Director/Team Leader (10), Project Managers (10), SACAP-registered professionals (10), construction monitors (10). Availability/Allocation of Resources (10 points) - Technical Directors (SACAP-registered: 4), Project Management Staff (2), Design Staff (2), Resources (software, plotters, printers, office space: 2). Track Record (30 points) - 5 points per comparable project completed in the last 3 years (preferably for Organs of State). Attach appointment letters and completion certificates. Scope: Professional architectural services for planning, design, tender documentation, construction, and supervision for the extension and renovation of Ramotshere Moiloa Local Municipality Driving License Testing Centre (DLTC). Project background: Existing DLTC is too small, leading to revenue loss. Extension and renovation aim to increase learner capacity and municipal revenue. Deliverables: Reception Hall with waiting area (64m²), Hall (classroom for 30 people), Store room (30m²), Offices (5.6m², 9.6m², 13m²), Kitchen with cupboards (9m²), Ablution facilities (3 male + 2 urinals, 3 female with basins), and general renovation of the existing building. Work plan must include methodologies, health and safety, value addition, quality plan, risk management, and value management. Key personnel must be SACAP-registered professionals with relevant experience.
