Scope: Provide training on Office Cleaning and Hygiene (Unit Standard 243204, NQF Level 1, 15 credits). Duration: 3 to 5 days for 10 learners. Course objectives: Understand basic cleaning principles, identify correct chemicals, clean ablution areas, clean above the floor, clean textile surfaces, clean hard and resilient surfaces, clean kitchens, identify and process waste, provide good customer service and professional image. Requirements of the training provider: Accreditation with relevant CETA for Unit Standard 243204 (attach proof), facilitator must have experience in facilitating US ID 243204, assessor and moderator must be registered with the relevant CETA. Service provider must provide: Learner support, assessment, training equipment, certification of learners, venue, accommodation with meals.

Pricing must include 15% VAT. Payment terms: Payment within 30 days of invoice submission. Contract period: Valid for one month. No contract adjustments allowed; rates are fixed. Penalties: 10% of invoice amount may be withheld for non-delivery as specified.
