Key deliverables include: Site clearance and fencing (e.g., access roads, reservoir platform, tree removal, demolition, topsoil handling, grassing). Platform works: Bulk earthworks (excavation, compaction to 90-95% modified AASHTO density), subbase/base layers, segmented paving, kerb edge restraints, and internal roads. Package Treatment Plant: Design, supply, assembly, and commissioning of a 2300 m³/day filtration system (activated filter media, powdered carbon, hypochlorite chlorination), including containerised units, air conditioning, and associated electrical/telemetry works. Borehole equipping (3 boreholes), electrification (Eskom approvals), and telemetry for plant and boreholes. Reservoirs: 2000kL command reservoir (concrete structural works: formwork, reinforcement, concrete grades 15/19 to 35/19, watertightness testing, joints, finishes, DPC, insulation, drainage layers). Circular steel tanks: 2ML and 500kL storage tanks with ring beams, sand beds, access ladders, and overflow systems. • Steel posts: 100mm x 4mm, 1000mm to 1450mm length.
• Erection brackets: 300x32x32x2mm or 25x25x5mm square tubing.
• Break-away holes for U-bolts (12mm diameter, 300mm long) where required.
