80/20 Preference Point System applies. 80 points for price (lowest acceptable tender scores highest), 20 points for specific goals. Specific goals: 10 points for an enterprise at least 51% owned by Black people, 10 points for a South African-owned enterprise. Points claimed must be supported by proof/documentation (SBD 6.1). Failure to submit proof = no points for specific goals. Formula: Ps = 80(1 - (Pt - Pmin)/Pmin).

Supply branded office cutlery and related items as per the following quantities: 20 tablespoons, 20 teaspoons, 10 forks, 10 knives, 6 water jugs, 10 coffee mugs, 10 plates, 10 side plates, 2 container sets (coffee, tea, sugar), 4 tea sets (teacups, sugar bowl, coffee bowls), 20 glasses. Offer validity period: calendar days from closing date. Use official Umgeni Water Services quotation form. Price Declaration must match total RFQ price.

Firm prices only (no conditional or variable pricing). Pricing must include all applicable taxes (VAT @15%). Submit completed Price Schedule with unit prices and totals. If space is insufficient, supplement with additional pricing breakdown. Price Declaration must be completed; discrepancies will default to the Price Declaration total. Payment terms: within 30 days after receipt of invoice and delivery note.

Must be registered on the National Treasury’s Central Suppliers Database (CSD). Valid Tax Clearance Verification PIN or CSD MAAA number required. Bidders must complete SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) and SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim). Failure to submit these documents may invalidate the quotation.
