Phase 2: 80/20 system—80 points for price, 20 points for B-BBEE status level (Level 1: 20, Level 2: 18, Level 3: 14, Level 4: 12, Level 5: 8, Level 6: 6, Level 7: 4, Level 8: 2, Non-compliant: 0).
