Standards: Compliance with Rand Water SHE specifications, SHERQ plan, ISO‑9001, CIDB registration, and applicable South African construction standards.

Capacity: Demonstrate availability of qualified staff, plant & equipment (as per T2.2.9‑T2.2.10), and ability to mobilise resources promptly.

Service levels: Monthly reporting, adherence to weather‑related extensions, and provision of imported equipment FOB values where applicable.

• Provide pricing in the format required by T2.2.6 (include fluctuation formulas for wages and material costs if prices are not firm)
• List FOB values for any imported equipment/materials (T2.2.7) and indicate whether items are already imported or to be imported
