Renewal of redgate SQL toolbelt licence for SQL server management and monitoring

• Required returnables include: Completed and signed SBD 1; Central Supplier Database (CSD) Registration Report; Bidder’s Tax Compliance PIN; Sworn Affidavit or valid B-BBEE Certificate; Completed SBD 4 (Disclosure) and Annexure A; Completed SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim); and a detailed price quotation on company letterhead.

• The service provider must supply a Redgate SQL Toolbelt Essentials 3-year subscription licence for 3 users.
• The licence must include the following components: SQL Compare Pro, SQL Data Compare Pro, SQL Source Control, SQL Prompt, SQL Data Generator, SQL Doc, SQL Test, SQL Multi Script, SQL Dependency Tracker, and SQL Search.
• The tools are required to manage and monitor SQL Server databases for C-BRTA's CrossEasy, OCAS, and Sage Evolution systems.
• The current Redgate licence expires on 13 July 2026; this procurement is for renewal.
• The specification compares Redgate tools against native Microsoft SQL tools, highlighting advantages like advanced productivity, data comparison, test generation, and reduced custom scripting.

• The Redgate SQL Toolbelt provides capabilities including advanced SQL development productivity (SQL Prompt), schema and data comparison (SQL Compare, SQL Data Compare), test data generation, integrated SSMS experience, and automated documentation.

• Use the provided 'PRICING SCHEDULE – FIRM PRICES' form.
• Quote for 'SQL Toolbelt (3-year license for 3 users)' including all listed components.
• Indicate quantity (3 users), price per unit (incl VAT), and total price (incl VAT).
• Include VAT at 15% and show the total RFQ price inclusive of VAT.
• Specify brand/model and country of origin.
• Confirm if the offer complies with specifications or indicate deviations.
• State delivery period and basis (once-off/partial). All delivery costs must be included.

• Submit a detailed price quotation on your company letterhead.
• Use the provided pricing schedule format. You may add other applicable costs not covered by C-BRTA's schedule.
• Prices must be firm and include VAT at 15%.
• Your offer must be valid for 60 days from the RFQ closing date.
• All delivery costs must be included in the bid price.

• You must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and attach a CSD registration report.
• Submit your Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN issued by SARS, or a printed TCS certificate. If no PIN, provide your CSD number.
• For consortia/JVs/sub-contractors, each party must submit separate TCS/PIN/CSD documentation.
• Submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit to claim preference points.
• Complete and sign the SBD 4 (Bidder’s Disclosure) form, disclosing any state employment, relationships with procuring officials, or interests in other companies.
• Bids from persons in the service of the state, or companies with such directors/members, will not be considered.
• Foreign suppliers must answer a questionnaire; if answer 'NO' to all questions, a SARS TCS PIN is not required.

• To claim preference points, submit a valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Points for specific goals are verified using your B-BBEE certificate and Central Supplier Database report.
• The 80/20 system applies. Specific goals points are allocated based on B-BBEE status level (up to 10 points), women ownership (up to 5 points), and ownership by disabled people (up to 5 points).
• For consortia/JVs, points must be detailed per member showing percentage contract allocation and ownership by race category.

• The RFQ is subject to Government Procurement: General Contract Conditions – July 2011, Special Contract Conditions, and any other conditions finalised during contracting.
• The successful bidder will be required to fill in and sign a written contract form (SBD7).
• If specific goals are claimed fraudulently or contract conditions are not fulfilled, the organ of state may disqualify the bidder, recover costs, cancel the contract, restrict from doing business with the state for up to 10 years, or forward for criminal prosecution.

• This bid is subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, its regulations, General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any other special conditions of contract.
• Bidders or their agents shall not make news releases about this RFQ or its award without C-BRTA's consent and coordination.
