• Goods must be new, unused, of recent models, and free from defects; warranty valid for 12 months after delivery.
• The purchaser may inspect, test, and analyse goods; non-compliant goods may be rejected at supplier's cost.
• Subcontracting requires prior written consent; whole contract cannot be subcontracted.

• Contract variations: Changes up to 15% of original contract value may be instructed; for construction-related goods/services, up to 20%.
• Unit price reductions may be accepted if no escalation in price.

• Pre-bidding testing is at bidder's cost.
