Technical evaluation minimum threshold: 70%. Quality assurance: manufacturer's certificate confirming iso 9001:2015 compliance (35% weighting). Experience: reference letters for similar heavy-duty oil containment boom projects within the last 10 years (35% weighting). Delivery schedule: delivery period from purchase order, evaluated against a points table (30% weighting) — 10-11 weeks scores 5 points, declining to 0 points for delivery beyond 19 weeks; must include a gantt chart or similar project plan. Manufacturer warranty: NO less than 12 months, included as a contractual term. Scope of supply: 20 x 50m heavy-duty inflatable oil containment boom sections, 4 inflator nozzles and 10 completed boom valves (spares); NO blowers, reels or towing braiders required. Existing booms must be retained and not scrapped or removed. NO csd registration, tax clearance, b-bbee, CIDB, cipc, professional registration or local content requirements are stated in the provided annexures.
