- Must manage the call for opinion pieces (commissioning), review submissions (editorial), and oversee publication production (design, printing). - Final product must include both hard copy (10 printed a3, 100-150 page, soft-cover copies) and soft copy versions. - Supplier must have prior engagement with SA iorag, including attendance at ≥2 national/international academic meetings. - Must provide examples of previous publications and collaborate closely with the nrf project manager. - Submission deadline: 10 july 2026 at 11:00 AM (sast), via email (pdf only) to [email protected]. - Mandatory compliance: tax (SARS tcs pin/csd registration), b-bbee certificate/affidavit, and anti-corruption declarations. - Contract governed by preferential procurement policy framework act (80/20 preference points system).
