Late bids will be rejected. β’ Use only the official bid forms provided; do not re-type or alter them. β’ The successful bidder must sign a written contract form (SBD7). β’ Include a completed Pricing Schedule (SBD 3.1) with firm prices for all line items. β’ Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs) to qualify for preference points. β’ Provide proof of tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number. β’ For consortia, joint ventures, or subcontractors: each party must submit separate tax compliance proof. β’ Complete and include the Bidderβs Disclosure (SBD 4) and Preference Points Claim Form (SBD 6.1). β’ Failure to provide required documentation or comply with submission rules will invalidate your bid. --- β’ This bid is governed by the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act, 2000, Preferential Procurement Regulations, 2017, General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any special conditions. β’ Certify that your bid is independent, non-collusive, and prepared without consultation with competitors on prices, specifications, or market allocation. β’ Confirm you were not involved in drafting the tender specifications.

β’ Submit bids electronically via email only to: [email protected]. β’ Closing date and time: Friday, 26 June 2026 at 23:00. β’ Required returnable documents: Pricing schedule, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), SBD 6.1 (Preference Points Claim), and a certified B-BBEE certificate. β’ Forms (SBD 4, SBD 6.1) are available on www.sanedi.org.za. β’ New suppliers must register on SANEDIβs supplier database before submission; bids from unregistered suppliers will not be considered. β’ All queries must be submitted in writing to the SANEDI Supply Chain Management Unit ([email protected]). β’ SANEDI reserves the right to: appoint multiple providers, cancel/delay the process, or not select any bidder without explanation. β’ Zero tolerance for fraud, bribery, or corruption; any involvement will lead to disqualification. β’ A contract is only valid once signed by SANEDIβs CEO or authorised delegate.
Submit bids before 08 July 2026 at 12:00 PM (UTC). Bids must be sealed in a clearly marked envelope and placed in the tender box at SANRAL, 38 Ida Street, Menlo Park, Pretoria. Include one original, one hard copy, and one electronic copy (CD/memory stick). The envelope must display the bid reference number and bidder details on the back. No telegraphic, emailed, or faxed bids accepted. Bids are binding for 90 calendar days from the closing date. Withdrawals must be requested in writing before the closing date. Properly motivated alternatives may be submitted but only if a compliant offer is also provided. Ensure all required documents (SBD1 Form, financial statements, CVs, testimonials, case studies, etc.) are included. Failure to submit all documents or comply with instructions may result in disqualification.
β’ Submit your tender in a sealed envelope clearly marked with tender number 264S/2025/26, title, tender box number, and closing date. β’ Deliver to Tender Box 181 at Tender & Quotation Boxes Office, 2nd Floor (Concourse Level), Civic Centre, 12 Hertzog Boulevard, Cape Town, by 10:00 on 07 July 2026. β’ If the tender is too large for the box, enquire at the public counter for alternative instructions. β’ Include the completed tender document, Form of Offer and Acceptance, and all required returnable documents. β’ Returnable documents include: Schedule F.5 (Declaration of Interest β State Employees), Schedule F.7 (Declaration of Past SCM Practices), Schedule F.10 (Proposed Deviations), and tax compliance evidence. β’ Tender offers submitted by fax or email will be rejected. β’ A non-refundable tender fee of R200 applies for hard copy documents; downloads are free. β’ The CCT intends to appoint two tenderers (highest ranked and one alternative) on a winner-takes-all basis.
