Each document must be signed by an authorized representative of the client

Must include contact details for verification (phone number and/or email

address)

Letters of appointment, project award notifications, or contracts will not be

accepted as substitutes.

Bidder to submit proof of registration with Construction Industry

CIDB Grading – 2ME or Higher

Development Board (CIDB) with Lifts, escalators and travellators

OR 2SI or higher

(installation, commissioning and maintenance) Grading 2ME or Higher

OR 2SI or higher clearly indicating CRS Number

NOTE:

ATNS shall verify the active status on CIDB Register of Contractors during

B-BBEE Minimum Level: 16
