1. Centralized vs Decentralized Procurement

• Section 20 Schools: Manage their own budgets. You market directly to the school principal and SGB.

• Standard Packs: Grade R packs, Grade 1-3 packs, etc.
• Volume: We are talking millions of pencils. Sourcing directly from manufacturers is the only way to hit the price points.
