Office hours: 08:00–15:00 (Mon–Thu), 08:00–12:00 (Fri). Sign the submission register—failure to do so disqualifies your bid. • No faxed, posted, couriered, emailed, or late submissions accepted. • EWC reserves the right to reject any bid or award to multiple providers.
