• Submit the complete bid package by 11:00 on 29 June 2026 to [email protected] with a copy to [email protected]. • Use only the official bid forms; do not re‑type or use pencil/erasable ink. • All bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) before submission. • Bids must be signed by an authorised representative and include a valid Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN or CSD number. • Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in automatic disqualification. • The successful bidder will sign a Service Level Agreement (SLA) and must deliver the service within three (3) months. • Musina Makhado SEZ reserves the right to: - Appoint the most capable bidder; - Cancel or withdraw the tender if the service is no longer needed, funds become unavailable, no acceptable bids are received, or a material irregularity occurs; - Require interviews with short‑listed bidders; - Conduct supplier due‑diligence, including surprise site visits; - Reject bids received after the closing date and time. • Confidentiality: the tender document may not be reproduced, disclosed or used for any purpose other than preparing a response without written permission from Musina Makhado SEZ.
