Closed Water Supply & Waste Management Tenders

• Submit all returnable documents listed under “t2. Returnable documents” (contract schedules, pricing schedule, declaration of interest, certificates, tax clearance, csd registration, municipal rates account, ID copies, company registration, etc.). • Provide originals and the required number of copies, sealed in separate “original” and “copy” packages, clearly marked with the employer’s address and your contact details. • Use black ink; NO alterations, erasures or tippex allowed – any changes must be initialed. • Submit the tender before the closing time (23 january 2026, 12:00) to the address stated in the tender document; proof of posting is not accepted. • Electronic submission is only allowed if the tender documents were issued electronically – otherwise submit paper copies. • Disqualification risks: late submission, incomplete returnables, non‑firm pricing, missing signatures, use of non‑black ink, alterations, or failure to seal packages as required.

The following documents must be submitted: sbd1, sbd 4, sbd 6.1, B-bbee status level verification certificate or b-bbee sworn affidavit, and proof of registration with national treasury central supplier database (csd). Returnable documents are required.
