Submit a completed tender document (including Form of Offer and Acceptance) and all required supporting documents in a sealed envelope. Functionality criteria and points: (1) Adobe or equivalent client references: 0 points (no valid clients), 20 points (1-2 valid clients with positive feedback), 25 points (3-4 valid clients), 35 points (5+ valid clients). (2) Account Manager experience in software-related fields: 0 points (<3 years), 20 points (3-5 years), 25 points (5-9 years), 35 points (9+ years). Price is scored using the formula: Ps = (Lowest Price / Tenderer’s Price)

• 80. Preference points (20) are allocated per the Preferential Procurement Regulations. Only tenders meeting the minimum functionality score proceed to price evaluation. The highest total adjudication points win.

Scope: Appointment of a certified Adobe reseller to supply Adobe software and related services. Contract period: 01 July 2027 to 30 June 2030. Tenderer must be a certified Adobe reseller or equivalent. Key deliverables: provision of Adobe software licenses, support, and account management. Account Manager must have verifiable experience in software-related fields. Client references for Adobe or equivalent products are required. Equivalent products are permitted unless specified otherwise.

Tender fee: R200 (non-refundable, payable for hard copies; not applicable for website downloads). Pricing must be submitted in the Price Schedule (C.4). Payment terms and guarantees (e.g., Performance Security, Advance Payment Guarantee) are outlined in Annexures C and D. Contract Price Adjustment provisions are included in Schedule F.1. Financial capacity may be assessed as part of the evaluation.
