Contract duration:

Labour-intensive requirements:

• Minimum Labour Content: 5% of total project value (calculated as labour wages ÷ total project value).

Bidder liability:

• Withdrawal during the validity period, inability to execute the contract, or failure to sign the agreement within the specified period may result in liability for:

• Expenses incurred in calling for fresh tenders.

• Any escalation of the final contract price due to delays.
