Previous experience in scrap handling/disposal (industrial/refinery environments) may be considered. Environmental and safety compliance is mandatory.

Scope: Purchase and removal of surplus drilling, subsea, completion, and associated oilfield inventory from PetroSA storage facilities in South Africa. Inventory includes: subsea and wellhead systems, downhole completion tools and controls, tubulars and threaded connections, casing accessories, cementing tools, workshop spares, rigging and lifting equipment, and restricted perforation-related items. Materials are sold 'voetstoots' (as-is, where-is). Bidders must inspect items prior to submission to verify condition, quantity, and composition. Collection and removal must comply with PetroSA’s Security and Safety Department protocols. Quantities and material types in Annexure A (Lot Schedule) are approximate and non-binding.

PetroSA may consider bidders’ previous experience in scrap handling or disposal, particularly in industrial or refinery environments.

Bidders are encouraged to verify volumes and material content during inspection, as quantities and types in Annexure A (Lot Schedule) are approximate and non-binding. Annexure B (Pricing Schedule) must be completed and submitted with the bid.

Bids must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Successful bidders must remove all purchased stock within 30 days of acceptance. Delays incur rental costs and a penalty of 1% of the total bid value per week. Pricing format and payment terms are detailed in Annexure B (Pricing Schedule).
