Deliverables include: Lockable Mobile Library, Tidy Trolley, Lockable Materials Cupboard on Castors, 15 Cube Pigeonhole Locker on Castors, EDX Education items (Stencils, Paint Pots, Cookie Cutters, Scissors Stand, Paint Stamp Shapes, Buttons, Bean Bags, Sorting Trays, Tactile Shells, Sand and Water Play Sets), Toy Color art supplies (Creative Clay, Fashion Design Kits, Watercolour Kits, Modeling Clay), Greenbean educational toys (Pretend & Play Tea Set, Baking Sets, Kitchen Sets, Play Money), furniture (Grade R Chairs, Tables, Storage Bins, Pigeonhole Units, Double-Sided Easel), and other listed items. Standards: Goods must conform to approved technical specifications (dimensions, capacity, materials, brand). Include product data sheets and certifications. Delivery: Timely delivery to KreupelHout Street, Heiderand, Mossel Bay. Coordinate schedules with on-site personnel. Ensure proper handling to avoid damage. Insurance: Goods must be fully insured against loss or damage during manufacture, transportation, storage, and delivery. Penalties: Late delivery may incur penalties calculated at the current prime interest rate per day of delay.

Tax Compliance: Submit valid Tax PIN certificate or CSD number. Bids from persons in the service of the state or entities with such directors/members will not be considered. B-BBEE: Submit a B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) to qualify for preference points. Municipal Accounts: Latest municipal account or lease agreement must be submitted.
