• Scope: 5-year maintenance, repairs, and minor refurbishment (once-off) of Passenger Boarding Bridges and Aircraft Docking System at Cape Town International Airport.
• Contract type: NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC).
• Key personnel roles required: Site Manager/Supervisor, Artisan Mechanical, Technician, Assistant Mechanical, Technician Assistant. Each must have qualifications and experience relevant to the contract.

• Price List defined in NEC3 TSC3 Option A.
• Price for Services Provided to Date is total of lump sum items completed plus quantities multiplied by rates.
• Prices are amounts stated in Price column.
• Price List items can be lump sums or expected quantities multiplied by rates.
• Information in Price List is not Service Information; Contractor provides service per Service Information.
• Changes to Prices only via compensation events.
• Prices must include all work necessary and incidental to providing service, and correct defects not caused by Employer's risk.
• Entries in first four columns of price list made by Employer or tendering contractor; contractor enters amount in Price column only for lump sums, or rate and price for quantity-based items.

• Pricing is based on a Price List (Part C2) under Option A (priced contract with price list).
• Total offered amount must be calculated per Pricing Data Subtotal F; in conflict, the offer amount prevails.
• Price List includes lump sums or rates multiplied by quantities; format includes Unit, Expected Quantity, Rate, and Price columns.
• Prices must be fully inclusive of all work, including defect correction unless due to Employer's risk.
• No adjustment to lump sums for quantity changes except via compensation events.
• Payment assessment interval: between 1st and 15th day of each month.
• Payments made within 30 days after receipt of a valid tax invoice.
• Currency: South African Rand (ZAR).
• Interest rate: 0.00% above Nedbank's prime rate for ZAR amounts.
• Contractor must prepare forecasts of final total Prices every 4 weeks.

• Must provide proof of aviation liability insurance with indemnity limit not less than R300,000; submit to ACSA before work starts and annually.
• Must provide Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Must comply with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act.
• Must sign Occupational Health and Safety Agreement (C1.3) before work commences.
• Must submit safety documentation, including Construction Manager appointment, 7 days before work.
• Must be in good standing with Compensation Fund or Licensed Insurer.
• No performance bond or parent company guarantee required.

• Contractor must comply with OHS Act and COID Act.
• Must sign OHS Agreement (C1.3) before work.
• Must ensure employees covered under COID Act; provide letter of good standing.
• Must have public liability insurance and other adequate cover.
• Must perform work under close supervision of trained employees.
• Must appoint competent persons and conduct baseline risk assessment.
• Must enforce safety discipline, provide PPE, and have written safe work procedures.
• Must report incidents/accidents to Department of Labour and Client.
• Must obtain permits where required.
• Must prohibit alcohol/intoxicating substances on site.
• Only duly authorised representative (Section 16.2 appointee) may sign agreement.
• Non-compliance may lead to immediate cancellation of contract.
