Requirements:

• SETA accreditation for Monitoring and Evaluation training (SAQA US ID: 252032).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in delivering M&E training (submit business profile).
• Proof of having conducted M&E training (submit 2 reference letters from different clients in the past 3 years).
• Facilitator must have NQF Level 6 or higher qualification (submit CV and qualification copy).
• Submit course manual and programme for the training duration.

Preference points:

• Black Ownership: Submit B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs) to claim points.

Scope: Conduct in-house Monitoring and Evaluation training for 18 KZN COGTA officials (SAQA US ID: 252032, NQF Level 5, 8 credits).

Target group: Public Service officials at levels 5–12.

Location: Pietermaritzburg.

Duration: 3 working days.

Course content (strategic level, aligned to Public Service):

• Developing an operational plan for a unit.
• Implementing an operational plan.
• Monitoring, measuring, and evaluating the achievement of goals and objectives.

Deliverables:

• Course manual and programme for the training duration.
• Formative and summative assessments for delegates.
• Portfolio of evidence from delegates.
• Certificate of competence for successful delegates.

Pricing:

• Complete the official pricing schedule in detail, signed by the bidder and a witness.
