Service Provider Obligations:

• Provide on-site training during implementation and as needed. Training materials must be provided to ERI to support internal train-the-trainer programs.
• Maintain an e-learning website for refresher courses and internal training support.
• Coordinate with ERI Fleet Management Services for equipment implementation, re-installations, and de-installations per the Project Plan.
• Repair defective devices within 48 hours of logging a defect. Replace faulty units immediately with loan units during repairs.
• Support ERI in incident investigations and event data analysis as required.
• Preserve event footage for a minimum of 6 months and supporting data for 3 years (per OHS Act).
• Supply monthly trend analysis reports on system effectiveness and automated utilisation reports for management.
• Provide access to event data for third-party drivers (e.g., mechanics) via a separate portal.
• Implement a software solution to trace leaked information and identify the last accessor.

General and Functional Requirements:

• System must be event-driven, capturing audio and dual-view video (inside and outside the vehicle) via a single device when triggered by the driver or events like harsh braking, swerving, collisions, or tampering.
• Hardware and software must not be remotely triggerable. Recordings must include seconds before and after the event.
• Triggered videos must auto-upload to a web-based system for independent, unbiased analysis.
• Analysts must report event triggers, root causes (driver behaviour), score risk types, and provide detailed feedback to end-users. Events must be escalated via email and available on a secure online portal.
• System must pre-determine vehicle categories and profile data in a database.
• Must support coaching and training methods based on operational demands and organisational profiles.

• System must support frame-by-frame viewing, multi-view displays, and simultaneous user access with admin controls.

• In accidents, the supplier must support direct hardware data extraction if system upload fails.
