Key requirements: Machine must include built-in overcurrent and earth fault protection, motor starter, 15m of 3-phase armoured cable, and a 17A 5-pin red IEC 60309 plug (male) compatible with Gewiss GW 66 453 Industrial socket. Installation: Ground-mounted and bolted to a concrete floor in a 10m x 3m space. Spindles must fit drum spindle holes with diameter range of 80mm to 96mm. Additional deliverables: Commissioning post-installation, training for 5 Eskom staff at New Germany, transport/delivery (truck with crane and operator required for off-loading), dismantling and relocation of old unit at Eskom store (New Germany). Quality requirements: ISO 9001 compliance (Option 2: documented QMS not certified but compliant).
