Submit a signed, completed bid document with all attachments in a clearly labelled sealed envelope. Include a USB (5GB or higher) — failure to submit a USB will result in disqualification. Deposit the envelope in the tender box at Ikhala TVET College: Administration Centre, Zone D, Gwadana Drive, Ezibeleni, 5326. Faxed, electronic, or late submissions will not be accepted. Required returnable documents: SBD4, SBD 6.1, and SARS Tax PIN.

Evaluation is based on the 80/20 preference point system. Suitably qualified service providers must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD). Compliance with all compulsory documentation (SBD4, SBD 6.1, SARS Tax PIN) and attendance at the compulsory online information session (05 June 2026, 11:00 AM via MS Teams) are mandatory. Bidders must have: valid Tax Clearance Certificate (with SARS login PIN for verification), B-BBEE Verification Certificate, and Company Registration (CIPC). Shortlisted bidders will undergo security screening per Section 2(1)(b) of the National Strategic Intelligence Act.
