Scope: Rehabilitation of internal roads and stormwater systems for Ward 3, Phase 5. Work must comply with CIDB Standard for Uniformity in Construction Procurement (August 2019) and General Conditions of Contract for Construction Works, Third Edition, 2015 (GCC 2015). Adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act No. 85 and Construction Regulations 2014 is mandatory. Standard, project, and particular specifications are provided in Part C3 (C3.1, C3.2, C3.3). Site information and drawings are in Part C4 and C5. Contractor must demonstrate capacity to execute works, including necessary plant, equipment, and qualified personnel. All trades in Bills of Quantities must be priced. No contract price adjustments for inflation or foreign exchange fluctuations.

Fixed-price contract with no adjustments for inflation or foreign exchange fluctuations. Pricing must follow C2.1 Pricing Instructions and C2.2 Schedule of Quantities. Submit Form of Guarantee (Bid Bond) as per C1.3. Retention Money Guarantee (C1.5) and Agreement in terms of Section 37(2) of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (C1.4) required.
