Scope of work (24‑month contract):

• Provide, install, configure and maintain a managed SD‑WAN and a hosted PABX for two sites (OR Tambo Garden of Remembrance and Ingquza Hill Museum).

Connectivity:

• Business‑grade internet links (Microwave/Fiber/VSAT) delivering 20 Mb per site, 6 lines each.
• Dedicated, unlimited, symmetrical links with 98 % uptime SLA (NMM SLA prevails).
• Redundant core, back‑haul and access; South African Internet Exchange design.
• Router with firewall (full NMM ICT access), IPv4/IPv6, VPN, multiple IP transit providers.
• 24/7 network monitoring, 1:1 upstream/downstream bandwidth.

Telephone (hosted PABX):

• Full feature set: caller ID, call waiting, forwarding, follow‑me, IVR, hunt groups, queue manager, call recording, voicemail‑to‑email, fax‑to‑email, soft‑phone app for up to 15 users, business‑continuity for critical lines.
• Online management portal with user‑level security, reporting, analytics, custom music‑on‑hold and greetings.

Implementation:

• Detailed project implementation plan aligned to ISO/IEC 15288 or equivalent.
• Transition, resource, risk‑management, QoS and traffic‑prioritisation plans.
• Network architectural design, security plan, and service‑maintenance plan (help‑desk, incident/problem logging, upgrade procedures, escalation flow, process diagrams).
• Existing Ubiquiti AP configurations at OR Tambo must be retained and verified.

• Flowcharts and network design diagrams (scoring: excellent 30 pts, good 20 pts, average 10 pts, poor 5 pts, not submitted 0 pts).
