Specific Goals: EME/QSE 51%+ black-owned (15 points), Generic Enterprise (10 points), Subcontracting 20% to EME/QSE (15 points), 51%+ black-owned (5 points). Scope: 24-month Business Transformation Initiative for Sasria, focusing on insurance value chain areas. Deliverables: 1) Business Process Reengineering & CX: CX Gap Analysis Report, TO-BE BPMN Process Models, Implementation Roadmap. 2) Employee Empowerment: KPI framework aligned to strategy/CX, Skill transfer plan on CX design. 3) Distribution Channel: Strategic recommendations, stakeholder engagement framework, implementation considerations/risks. 4) Digitalisation: Review of current systems (Guidewire Claims, Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations, Sasria Rates Calculator, Customer Web Portal) and data; optimisation recommendations (automation, workflows, AI opportunities). 5) Customer Experience: CX maturity assessment, CX implementation roadmap, VoC programme recommendations. 6) Communication: Structured mechanisms for CX culture adoption, behavioural change recommendations. Out of Scope: System implementation, organisational structure review, core business model changes, skills/capability assessment. Contract Duration: 24 months, starting within 1-2 months of signing. Bidder must demonstrate experience in non-life insurance sector.

Pricing must be VAT-exclusive in ZAR. Provide detailed cost breakdown per deliverable/activity (e.g., BPR, Employee Empowerment, Distribution Channel, Technology/Data, CX, Communication). Include: Rate per hour, number of hours, total cost per activity. Sub-Total (VAT Excl.) must cover all services in the scope. Post-Implementation Support: Fixed cost for 40 hours/month over 2 years (Time & Material basis). Total Bid Price must be declared in the Price Declaration Form.
