Pricing must be submitted in ZAR, inclusive of VAT. The total offered price must be stated in words and figures in the Pricing Schedule (Part C2). Payment terms: 30 days from assessment. Bonds, guarantees, and proof of insurance must be provided within two weeks after receiving the signed agreement. Supplier’s liability is limited to the total of losses incurred and/or repairs to damages caused, excluding indirect or consequential loss. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act compliance: Supplier must act as a Mandatary/Principal Contractor, ensuring all work adheres to OHS Act and Construction Regulations 2014. Submit SHE File (including baseline risk assessments, emergency response procedures, medical fitness certificates, and insurance cover) 7 days prior to starting work. Appoint competent persons per Section 16(2) of OHS Act and provide copies of appointments to ACSA. For projects with 5+ employees, appoint a full-time dedicated Health and Safety resource. Establish a Health and Safety Committee if 20+ employees are onsite. Report all incidents to ACSA OHS Department within 2 hours and submit a formal report within 48 hours.
