Quotation must include: All-inclusive VAT pricing, cost per person or group pricing for 20 people (must specify cost per person for flexibility), venue (SABS Head Office, Groenkloof, Pretoria), transportation costs (if applicable), disbursements, fixed price (forward cover required for foreign currencies). Payment terms: No advance payment. Payment only upon delivery of services as agreed. SABS is not liable for bidder costs incurred during preparation or submission.
