Submit your quotation via email to [email protected] on or before 12 June 2026 at 16:00. Quotations must remain valid for 90 days from the RFQ closing date. Incomplete quotations may be disqualified. Do not approach any Necsa employee other than the designated contact for clarity; doing so may result in disqualification. No goods or services should be delivered without an official Necsa Purchase Order.

Required documents for submission: Tax Clearance Certificate (SARS-issued), Declaration of Interest (SBD 4), B-BBEE Certificate (or EME Affidavit), Letter of Good Standing (COID, if applicable). Submit any additional documents explicitly requested in the RFQ.

Evaluation occurs in two phases: Phase 1 (Functionality/Technical Evaluation) requires a minimum threshold score out of 100 points to progress. Phase 2 (PPPFA 80/20 system) awards 80 points for price and 20 points for B-BBEE status level. B-BBEE points are allocated as follows: Level 1 (20), Level 2 (18), Level 3 (14), Level 4 (12), Level 5 (8), Level 6 (6), Level 7 (4), Level 8 (2), Non-compliant (0). Failure to submit B-BBEE proof forfeits these points. Bidders must comply with Necsa’s General Conditions of Purchase, PPPFA 2000, and 2022 Regulations.

Supply 1,500 units of PARKER UNION 1/4", 4-4HBZ-SS as per attached specification AM-182662-RFQ-0002. Suppliers must align with Necsa’s standards: ISO 14001 (Environmental), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety), RD 0034 (Nuclear Quality & Safety), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 17025 (Testing & Calibration).

Necsa adheres to the following standards, and suppliers must align with these where applicable: ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), OHSAS 18001 (Occupational Health & Safety), RD 0034 (Nuclear Quality & Safety Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management), and ISO 17025 (Testing & Calibration).

All prices must include applicable taxes, freight, insurance until acceptance, duty (where applicable), and disbursements. Prices must be fixed and firm. Payment terms will follow Necsa’s General Conditions of Purchase. Incomplete pricing may result in disqualification.

Quotations must remain valid for 90 days from the RFQ closing date. Necsa reserves the right to cancel or reject any quote, award parts of the RFQ to different bidders, or not award the RFQ at all.
