Place completed tender documents, samples of offered units, and all supporting/externally endorsed documents in a sealed envelope marked 'BID NAME'. Deposit in the Tender Box at Supply Chain Management Offices, 44 Campbell Street, Port Alfred by 12h00 on the closing date. Late, unmarked, faxed, falsified, incomplete, or emailed submissions will be disqualified. Tenders will be opened at 12h05 on the same day. Hard copies of tender documents may be collected from the SCM office (08h00-16h00) from 07 May 2026, or downloaded free from https://ndlambe.gov.za/web/returnable-bid-documents/. Hard copy requests require a non-refundable deposit of R140.26 (VAT incl.); attach the original receipt to your submission. Required returnable forms: MBD4 (Declaration of Interest), MBD8 (Past SCM Practices), MBD9 (Independent Bid Determination). Bids from multiple entities (including directorships/JVs) by the same bidder will be deemed non-responsive.
Evaluation Criteria

Preferential points for Specific Goals (per Preferential Procurement Policy 2022) may be claimed by submitting a completed MBD6.1 form and certified B-BBEE status proof. Award will follow Ndlambe Municipality’s Preferential Procurement and Supply Chain Management Policies.
