Submit bids via email to [email protected] by 06 July 2026 at 12h00. Late, hand-delivered, incomplete, or facsimile bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted on original municipal bid documents (MBD 1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9) and clearly marked with the project name and reference number (WMM LM 00099 MDP). Digital submission links must remain accessible and not expire; failure to comply will invalidate the bid. No unauthorized alterations to BOQ/Quotation are permitted. Bids are valid for 90 days after closing. Required documents: completed MBD forms, SARS Valid PIN Printout, CSD Registration proof, Entity Registration Documents, Certified ID copies of directors (not older than 3 months), Billing Clearance Certificate, and signed letter confirming no outstanding municipal accounts over 30 days. For joint ventures, submit a signed agreement and Tax Compliance Documents for all partners. Financial statements for the past three years are mandatory. WMMLM reserves the right to accept part of or the full bid, or reject all bids. The lowest or only bid will not necessarily be accepted. Value for money is the key determinant. All information is treated as strictly confidential. Bidders must grant consent for WMMLM to investigate any source regarding the bid.
