Submit the following with your bid: signed general conditions of contract, a signed bidder declaration (cover letter), and a proposed Service Level Agreement (SLA) including: resources allocated to ASA, details of inclusions/exclusions, and standard turnaround times. WMMLM reserves the right to accept part of or the full bid, or reject all bids. The lowest or only bid will not necessarily be accepted. Value for money is the key determinant. All information is treated as strictly confidential. Bidders must grant consent for WMMLM to investigate any source regarding the bid.

Mandatory documents: signed confirmation letter on company letterhead (stating compliance with specifications and capacity to deliver), active professional association certification, and 3 signed reference letters (not older than 5 years) for recruitment/placement of scarce/critical skills. Failure to comply with any mandatory requirement or indicate non-compliance will disqualify the bid. Bids are subject to the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA), General Conditions of Contract (GCC), and any special conditions. Successful bidders must sign SBD7 contract form.

Mandatory: Submit one supplementary hard copy, identical to the electronic submission, in a sealed envelope.
