Returnable documents (annexure a) — compulsory unless noted; missing compulsory documents disqualify the bid: - copy of company registration certificate (ck) — compulsory. - Tax compliance status pin (printed) — non-compulsory. - Current municipal account not in arrears for three months (not older than three months) or lease agreement plus landlord's municipal account — compulsory, for the bidder's business premises and each director's place of residence. - Full csd report — non-compulsory. - Joint venture agreement — compulsory if bidding as a jv. - Csd registration as a joint venture — compulsory if bidding as a jv. - Certified copy of a valid current wholesale fuel licence — compulsory. - Valid fuel quality certificate — compulsory. - Annual financial statements (audited if applicable) for the past three years — compulsory. - All forms completed in full — compulsory.
