- Must have demonstrated experience in effluent or hazardous fluid pipeline inspection, with proven track record (last 5 years). - Personnel must have ≥10 years’ experience in nuclear facility pipeline inspection, including knowledge of nuclear liability assessment. - Proposed inspection methodology must include ndt (e.g., Ut, radiography) and internal techniques (e.g., Cctv/robotic systems) for inaccessible areas. - Submission deadline: 04 june 2026 at 11:00am, with mandatory site briefing on 28 may 2026. - Required documents: tax clearance certificate, sbd 4 declaration of interest, b-bbee certificate/eme affidavit, coid letter of good standing (if applicable). - Quotation must be fixed, firm, and include all taxes, freight, insurance, and additional costs; incomplete submissions may be disqualified. - Evaluation: two-phase process (75/100 minimum in phase 1 functionality; 80/20 price/b-bbee in phase 2).
