Submission method: deposit a duly completed tender in a sealed envelope marked with the tender number and bidder's name into the tender box on the 1st floor, civic centre, corner walter sisulu and wanderers avenue, middelburg, before 12:00 on 03/09/2026. tenders will be opened in public. Late, telegraphic, telephonic, telex, facsimile, or e-mail submissions will not be accepted. Tender documents are obtainable from 07/07/2026 at legal & administration department, room b207, municipal building, wanderers avenue, middelburg, against a non-refundable fee of r880.00 (Cash or debit/credit card only). The municipality reserves the right to withdraw, re-advertise, reject any tender, or accept part of IT and is not bound to accept the lowest tender or award to the highest scorer.
